In order to deliver the most beneficial treatment to you & other clients, the following policies are in place.

  • All services are available by appointment. We recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure that you get your desired appointment time.
  • Your appointment time is reserved just for you!  We realize emergencies happen and last minute changes arise. Please provide 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.   A cancellation fee of 50% will be applied for less than 48 hour notice.  A fee of 100% will be applied to no-shows.
  • Please help us by arriving on time for your treatment.  Arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment to fill out or update your client history card.
  • Any custom or half-day relaxation package must be held with a credit card.
  • Please turn all cell phones off or on vibrate.  Please keep voices to a minimum.
  • Most retail products may be exchanged within 7 days for service or product credit.  All make-up sales are final.
  • There is a $30 service charge for returned checks in addition to any bank fees.
  • For your complete relaxation and maximum quality of service, please make arrangements for your children, as we do not provide child care services.
