Policies
In order to deliver the most beneficial treatment to you & other clients, the following policies are in place.
·     All services are available by appointment. We recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure that you get your desired appointment time.
·     Your appointment time is reserved just for you!  We realize emergencies happen and last minutes changes arise. Please provide 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.   A cancellation fee of 25% may be applied for less than 24 hour notice.  A fee of 50% will be applied to no-shows.
·    Please help us by arriving on time for your treatment.  Arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment to fill out or update your client history card.
·    Any custom or half-day relaxation package must be held with a credit card.
·     Please turn all cell phones off or on vibrate.  Please keep voices to a minimum.
·    Most retail products may be exchanged within 7 days for service or product credit.  All make-up sales are final.
·    There is a $30 service charge for returned checks in addition to any bank fees.
·    For your complete relaxation and maximum quality of service, please make arrangements for your children, as we do not provide child care services.
